HistoryOur food truck started in 1999 in North Florida. Dennis loved to cook and had always wanted a resturant. However, the thought of being tied to a physical location and the hours of operation, did not appeal to Dennis' free spirit. The freedom and mobility of a food truck seemed custom made for Dennis and so another business was born. From 1999 through 2019 we were the main food vendor at Jennings GP, a motorcycle only race track in North Florida. Dennis specialty, pulled pork, was an instant hit, most claiming it was the best they have ever had. Dennis decided that he was ready for yet another adventure and family called us to South Florida.
