How could a Dunkin' Donuts not have munchkins?? Also, no Boston cream donuts? Is this just laziness. Also no Dunkin' Donuts branded napkins. Somebody is being cheap and it shows.

Enormous line and it just didn't move. They also don't accept the app from Dunkin' Donuts and don't accept any promotions therefor. Small shop that happened to be the most popular at this plaza.

The staff is rude specifically the drive thru lady, customer service sucks. And the place is not managed very well, very unorganized.
