Esprit de Corps Center for Learning, established in 2001, is dedicated to fostering academic excellence and moral integrity in students from Kindergarten through 9th grade. The school, founded by the late Dr. Jeannette C. Holmes-Vann, aims to prepare students for responsible adulthood by instilling values of morality and patriotism.

With a strong emphasis on both academic and character development, Esprit de Corps supports a collaborative environment where teachers work together to ensure the success of every student. The institution combines practical skills with spiritual education, promoting a holistic approach to learning that encompasses both knowledge and ethics.

Accountability is presently driving the educational system throughout the country. We must assure that our top students continue to make yearly growth and our remaining students who may not achieve state standards, make substantial growth. The promise of education is to teach all children to read, do math, and write. Therefore, it is important that no child is left behind, and that each student will be prepared for state standardized tests. ACVA students are administered the Stanford Achievement Test 10 or known as SAT10.The concept for Austin Christian Private Academy is to provide the student a concentrated learning environment with state of-the-art technology and superior instruction. The uniqueness of the program is centered around the uniqueness of the student. During the first year, students are exposed to subjects normally taught in grades 4, 5, and 6. At the end of the first year, students are expected to achieve test measurement scores in the upper percentile of national scores for sixth grade students. Second year students are exposed to subjects normally taught in grades 7, 8, and 9. At the end of the second year, students are expected to achieve test measurement scores in the upper percentile of national scores for ninth grade students. Third year students are exposed to subjects normally taught in grades 10, 11, and 12. At the end of the third year, students are expected to achieve test measurement scores in the upper percentile of national scores for twelfth grade students.
