If I could rate this as a 0 I would. Rooms smelled dirty, had cigarette burns in carpet, caulking on several walls, stains in sink and on carpet, furniture was falling apart. Trash was piled up...

Everything! Tables and counters are dirty. Furniture is broken. No hand towels. No Kleenex. No remote control. Alarm clock doesn't work. No luggage rack. Took 15 minutes to check us in.
