I recently reviewed another food truck stating it is the best I've ever had. Well, this one may just slightly beat it out. Lots of cheese in my big chicken quesadilla, just the way I like it....

History
Fat Tortillas was one of the first big three food trucks in the Tampa area. Since then we have remained on top as one of the most visited and most requested food trucks. We have made the jump from a truck that goes out selling lunch every day to a full service caterer. We started small, a small birthday party here and there, but have grown into a caterer that can handle anything. Most recently, we were hired by USF to cater 2000 orders of nachos in just 4 hours. It took all seven of our employees, but we did it with ease. So if you are having a wedding, house warming party, corporate lunch or even a concert blowout, Fat Tortillas is the caterer for you!
Specialties
Fresh. Flavorful. Fat. We proudly declare our mission statement on the side of our truck. Fresh: From our salsa and marinades to our delicious desserts, we use the freshest ingredients and grill them up daily in the Fat Tortillas kitchen. We are easy to find...just look for the smoke! Flavorful: Our chicken, steak and fish spend hours in our very own house marinade. The perfect pairing of citrus, chipolte peppers and spices is what you can expect bringing you the perfect combination of heat and sweet. Fat: Sometimes getting fat is a good thing! At least when it comes to your burritos and tacos. Our burritos are rolled up large (or FAT), but all are reasonably priced. Many of our menu options come with fresh chips and salsa and and will leave not only your belly full but your wallet as well.
