Used them twice while in Key West. 1st time, the driver came when asked to be there. That was nice. The bad thing was he was either impaired or crazy or/and both. Drove too fast, whipping around...

I highly advise against using this service. The customer service is horrible and they aren't familiar with addresses on the island... will even argue with you, despite google map proof. We ended...
