I contacted Florida Coastal for both worker's compensation for my law firm and renter's insurance for my new apartment. Shannon and Cheyenne both helped me, and they were a delight to work with....

Tried to email to cancel an auto policy. Had to call because it wouldn't go through. Rec'd another email address. They don't seem to be on top of things.

Worked with Gabriella here for the last year and a half. Thought this place was great until I was being dropped my carrier and Gabriella dropped the ball entirely on finding me a new policy...

Dropped my call during a transfer. Called back but computers were down. Said they'd call back in 2-3 days but didn't. My impression is that they are just " cherry pickers".
