Grace Victoria Hunte, MD

Dr. Shahla Escobar is a pediatric anesthesiologist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2019. Dr. Escobar earned her medical degree from the University of South Florida. She completed a postdoctoral residency in anesthesiology at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. After residency, she completed a pediatric anesthesiology fellowship at the University of California Los Angeles.

Marsi Kerr, CRNA, APRN, is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2025. Marsi earned a bachelor's degree in Nursing from the Madonna University in 2004. She completed her Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesiology from University of Detroit Mercy in 2009.

Dr. Siems specializes in pediatric critical care medicine at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She joined the hospital staff in 2020.She was mostly recently a critical care physician at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., where she served as director of education for the hospital’s simulation program and for pediatric critical care medicine.Dr. Siems earned her medical degree from New York Medical College School of Medicine in Valhalla, New York. She completed an internship and residency in pediatrics at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, New York, where she also served as pediatric chief resident. She then completed a fellowship in critical medicine at Children’s National Hospital. She also holds a master’s degree in education from George Washington University. She has a particular interest in training non-technical skills including communication and leadership in medicine.
