No wait, Even though its called great clips, I had a fantastic cut. Hair stylist was awesome and sharp. Very friendly staff. Had some good products I purchased also. Looking forward to my next one...

I went in for a trim. she showed me about 1 1/2- 2 inches of hair that needed to be cut. she ended up cutting almost 5 inches of my hair. pretty upset
