If you want to just listen to someone talk and have them then destroy your hair after assuring you that they can cut a pixie cut from the photo i showed her, then Allison or ally is your girl....

I walked in to see if there was an opening available. Alison greeted and scheduled me immediately. She's cool, funny and made me feel comfortable. Haircut was smooth and styled up nicely....
