Horrible !!! They canceled my appointment and I was on hold for a total of 32 minutes , I got there while still on hold and placed the phone on speaker so that they can see that I'm still on hold...

When I called them they put me on hold and then 12 min later they answer the phone and put me on hold again. There's no text/email to reschedule your appointment. I just have to hope someone wants...
