Yamilka Lemagne Pichardo, MSN-ED, APRN-AG was born and raised in Cuba where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Science Medical School Camaguey, in 1997. She has over 20 years of nursing experience in various setting from pediatrics to adults. Prior to her career in the United States she was working in Jamaica as a nurse for 7 years. After her time in Jamaica she moved to Florida and had been working in different settings including education. In 2013 she decided to start her first master's degree in nursing education at University of Southernmost Florida.
