HTC sucks plain and simple..... My cable froze during the Stanley Cup Game 7 and didn't run until the news was on... then half the Tonight show was not on because the channel just went to black......

Don't waist your time or money upgrading your internet package. It's still slow! My cell phone is way faster then their "upgraded" internet!!! I'd give it zero stars if I could. Bad product...

The WORST WORST WORST cable network ever ! I am moving just to get away from them! The customer service is very poor. I am always losing my TV shows or the cable is always out!
