Hourglass Brewing

The dream of two friends that began brewing on their back porch. Funded by the sales of toy collections, musical equipment, and some family help; a once 12 seat bar room is now a 280 seat Craft Brewery in the heart of Central Florida and a 2017 Florida Brewery of the Year winner. From the beginning and through today, Hourglass Brewing is about creating world class beer and turning outlandish ideas into delicious and nuanced craft brews. Come grab a pint, a snifter, or sampler and relax on our dog friendly patio or take a peek behind the glass walled brew house to observe the daily brew process. Our taproom is uniquely decorated with nostalgic remembrances, geek culture, and the work of local artists. Stacked with table top and console games for free play, we also host frequent live music and comedy nights. One visit and you'll see that Hourglass Brewing is as distinct as the beers that are poured here.
