Great service excellent food the server Doris was spot on Very clean no long waits and just a memorable experience A++++! Will always go to IHOP. The manger Jerry is tops!

I woke up and needed pancakes. Ordered a short stack and coffee. I just sat and enjoyed them.

The food definitely was not prepared with love. I ordered the sirloin steak tips with soft scrambled eggs soft. My steak tips and eggs were tough and dry. The tres leches pancakes came out cold....
