The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars, is that I just enrolled and all of my creditors haven't responded yet. The customer service was outstanding and the process was quick and simple!

Cons- I DO NOT like the fact that the customer is responsible for calling this company when the final payment is do to inform them that it will be a lesser amount then all the previous payments....
