Nowhere on their site do they state the front doors closed at 7pm! Due to late plane and heavy traffic we arrived s little after 7...Told by guard on number we had to call to find another hotel!...

This hotel have the worse costumer service that I see in my live!... the lady of the front desk don't know how treat a client, after 7pm there is not anybody to assist to you if you have a problem...
