David Schwimmer, MD, is a gastroenterologist with Tampa General Hospital Digestive Health Center, formerly Gastro Group of the Palm Beaches, with both a professional and personal interest in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). He is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. Dr. Schwimmer received his Bachelor of Science in cellular and molecular biology, with honors, from the University of Michigan, and earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX, and trained for his fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Florida Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL. Dr. Schwimmer is an active member of the Crohns & Colitis Foundation, the American College of Gastroenterology, and the American Gastroenterological Association. He has published in major medical journals and presented at medical conferences speaking on the treatment, outcomes, and management of IBD patients. Dr. Schwimmer has also served as an IBD expert for articles appearing on SELF.com. When not working, he spends time with his family, including daughter Jacey, sailing, and watching University of Michigan football.

Dr. Englander graduated magna cum laude from State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Vermont, and completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He then completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at State University of New York at Stony Brook.Dr. Englander has been practicing gastroenterology in Palm Beach County since 1991. He is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology. He has privileges at Good Samaritan Medical Center, St. Marys Medical Center, Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, JFK Medical Center North Campus and Kindred Hospital. He has served as chief of gastroenterology at St. Marys Medical Center and chief of medicine at Columbia Hospital in West Palm Beach. In 2012, he was named Outstanding Physician at West Palm Hospital. Dr. Englander is married and has an adult daughter. He enjoys skiing and playing with his Redbone Hound named Red.

Dr. Krumholz graduated summa cum laude from Queens College in New York, NY. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, and completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at University of Chicago Hospitals and Clinics in Illinois. He then completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York, NY. Dr. Krumholz has been practicing gastroenterology in Palm Beach County since 1984. He is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology. He has served as chief of gastroenterology at St. Marys Medical Center and at Good Samaritan Medical Center. He is the president of the Tampa General Hospital Gastro Group of the Palm Beaches and medical director of Waterside Ambulatory Surgical Center, LLC. Dr. Krumholz enjoys biking, golfing, skiing, traveling and having fun with his family, which includes his wife, six children, and many grandchildren.
