Elizabeth Anne Ouellette, M.D., MBA, is a renowned orthopedic hand surgeon specializing in the treatment of wrist fracture, ligament tear, nerve injury, joint instability and small joint replacement. Aldo M. Riesgo, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Baptist Health Orthopedic Care. He specializes in adult hip and knee reconstruction. His clinical interests include primary hip and knee joint replacements, periprosthetic fractures, total joint infections and complex revision total joint replacements. In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Riesgo is committed to training the next generation of surgeons to skillfully help patients with challenging issues. Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Riesgo was an orthopedic surgeon at Cleveland Clinic in Weston and served as director of the clinic’s adult hip and knee reconstruction fellowship. Dr. Riesgo earned his medical degree at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. He completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at the Hospital for Joint Diseases – NYU Langone Medical Center, where he served as executive chief resident during his final year. He then completed his fellowship training in complex hip and knee reconstruction at OrthoCarolina Hip & Knee Center in Charlotte, N.C. Dr. Riesgo is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of several other professional associations. He is actively involved in clinical research and has published his findings in peer-reviewed medical journals and presented his work at national and international symposiums. He also serves as a reviewer for several orthopedic journals. Dr. Riesgo is committed to helping patients who have been told their condition is too complex and there is no hope for improvement. He offers patients hope guided by data, skill and experience. He has had success treating complex cases and has refined techniques and methods to offer the best care to future patients. Dr. Riesgo is fluent in English and Spanish. When he is not treating patients, he spends time with his wife, young children and dog and, together, they enjoy going to the beach, traveling and watching football games.

Juan C. Suarez, M.D., is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in adult hip and knee joint replacement surgery, including revision joint replacement and minimally invasive surgical techniques. He has more than 16 years of experience in his specialty.Dr. Suarez has made numerous symposium presentations on the efficacy of surgical methods utilized in hip and knee reconstructive surgery. He also is widely published in such scientific publications as the Journal of Arthroplasty and the American Journal of Orthopedics. He serves as an affiliate assistant professor at Florida Atlantic University Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine and on the editorial board of Arthroplasty Today. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
