Kids Yoga Flow

History

Our vision is to grow as our children's yoga community grows and collaborate with partners in the local community! We are currently hosting weekend classes 2-3 Saturdays a month for children ages 18 months through 11 years old. We've hosted group classes for Girl Scout Troops, summer camps, local gyms, play dates, and birthday parties.

Specialties

Kids Yoga Flow's unique and engaging yoga classes provide opportunities for kids to: -Improve attention & concentration -Boost confidence & self-esteem -Promote physical & mental strength -Learn tools for self-control & relaxation -Develop body awareness -Engage in a non-competitive environment -Increase coordination and balance -Encourage imaginative play -Nourish a healthy mind, body, and spirit These skills are utilized on a daily basis to successfully engage in academic related tasks, sports, and daily routines.
