Serene Home Care was founded and created by the Segarra family. Being a family that is very passionate about helping others and recognizing the importance of contributing to the well beingof the community, a venture in healthcare was natural. The Segarras have spent years servicing Tampa Bay's elder population by providing a warm and secure place to live in their two Assisted Living Facilities.
