History

A word from our owner, Jeff Cournoyer, ATC: While working in a physical therapy clinic as a certified athletic trainer, I realized the value of combining different levels of expertise, rather than trying to replace them. It was then that I resolved to learn more about the human body from the different perspectives of various fitness professions, and combine them to make one incredible method of training. Then, in 2015, I was able to use a state-of-the-art exercise physiology testing device on my clients for the very first time, and KinEx Performance was born. Now, each and every one of our clients gets personalized, data-driven, science-based exercise prescriptions designed to make the most out of every single movement.
