Kristin Ellen Del Toro, APRN

Colleen Chambers, MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC, is a nurse practitioner in the endocrinology and diabetes program at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She joined the hospital staff in 2022. Colleen has worked as a registered nurse several children’s hospitals including Cleveland Clinic Children’s, UH Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital, and UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She has also worked as a registered nurse and camp counselor at Camp Ho Mita Koda in Newbury, Ohio, the oldest camp serving children with diabetes. Colleen has also worked with Beyond Type 1 on their DKA Warning Signs Awareness Campaign since 2019. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. She is currently enrolled in the Doctorate of Nursing Practice program at University of Pittsburgh.

Carrie Gann is a pediatric nurse practitioner. She joined Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in June 2019. She received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee. Carrie has many years of pediatric hematology and oncology nursing experience from St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
