horrible customer service.. the lady at the front needs another job cause this one isnt it. based on the first person you meet is her I wouldnt come back again.

horrible customer service.. the lady at the front needs another job cause this one isnt it. based on the first person you meet is her I wouldnt come back again.
I went in for routine lab work and was never informed they no longer take Blue Cross and now I'm stuck with a $650 bill for something that was easily covered.
