The bagels are 10/10 the best "NY bagel" in Florida I haven't had anything else but I love that they use real fresh eggs not thalose fake looking eggs that are liquid/powder.

Very disappointed in amount of meat on Reuben sandwich they have definitely cut back in more ways than one . But customer service has improved. Sad that I might have to cross the one off my list...
