Mattie B's Just Ribs

History

Once planned as a restaurant, Mattie B's Just Ribs was conceived by Terry Anderson. Not wanting to limit himself to a single location and desiring to share his food with the masses, Terry set out on a path towards a mobile BBQ business. He started in the kitchen at the age of 12 baking cakes for his church under the tutelage of his Grandmother Mattie Bell and Mother Brenda, with cooking becoming his passion. He continued to learn at an early age how to BBQ and has been for 30+ years.

Specialties

Rib Sandwich: Marinated St. Louis style ribs, slow smoked for 6 hrs over season sweet wood. Brushed with our very own BBQ homemade sauce and served over fresh white bread. Chicken Sandwich: Seasoned leg quarter that's slow smoked over season sweet wood. Brushed with homemade BBQ sauce.
