In 1928 Murray W. Overstreet, Sr. opened his law practice in Kissimmee. His son, Murray W. Overstreet, Jr. joined in 1953 and formed the firm of Overstreet & Overstreet. In 1969 John B. Ritch joined the firm and in 1997 R. Stephen Miles, Jr. and Fred H. Cumbie, Jr., who were the partners in Miles & Cumbie, P.A in St. Cloud, Florida for 20 years, joined with Mr. Overstreet and Mr. Ritch in the new firm of Overstreet, Miles, Ritch and Cumbie, P.A The continued growth and expansion of the firm and the increase in space demands resulted in the remodeling of the office building located at 100 Church Street in downtown Kissimmee. The firm, with over 150 years of legal experience, offers a full range of legal services to complement Osceola County's growing economy and the expectations of our clients. All of our services are provided by knowledgeable and experienced attorneys with the assistance of a dedicated and proficient support staff.
