do not use customer service received from owner was unacceptable instead of working with the customer she yelled and refused to admit her employee actually made a mistake

I booked M&M for my employer, who was very pleased. I found them to be very professional on the phone and my boss said they were very efficient and friendly on the pick-up. Will definitely use again.
