New kitchen installed, only 3 years ago and the entire experience has been a disaster since day one when the first set of installers were fired. Starting Day 2, nothing but problems. Horrible...

I've called to get a part 3 times and haven't heard back. This part broke 2 times and all I'm asking is to send the part and I'll put it in. I'll even pay for it. Bad company
