The splendid Chef Andrés Revoredo, ambassador of world cuisine who has personally imprinted the essence of his long career, in a menu that is enjoyed from the first bite. But what would these wonderful dishes be without the drinks that accompany them. The cocktail bar at Mosaico is distinguished by bold combinations of liquors, fruits and mixes that perfectly match its food menu. Also, a good selection of wines, sparkling wines, bottle beers, and hard liquors. When you enter Mosaico Kitchen + Bar, you enter an experience for the palate, but also for the eye. The interior design was made by fashion designer Angel Sanchez and his firm Sanchez Colman, resulting in an avant-garde space that combines modernity, nature and a sense of coziness that only a great designer can provide.
