Because we are small, we are focused on the individual needs of our clients, their families and their recovery. Nothing else is more important to us. Our philosophy has demonstrated that size does matter and in the case of treatment for drug addiction and alcoholism, smaller is better. Each of our clients is unique and each of our counselors average no more than seven clients each. With twenty 24 beds and a twenty four-hour staff at our West Palm Beach, Florida locations, our patient-to-staff ratio is lower than most any other provider. Meridian Spine is located in Coral Gables. It is our mission to improve the quality of life.for people with chronic pain and disorders of the spine. Some of the conditions we treat are neck and back pain from disc herniations, spinal stenosis, radiculopathies, neuropathies, shoulder, knee, hip pain, Reflex sympathetic dystrophy, chronic migraines, TMJ. Your Meridian Physician will explore non-surgical treatments first. These treatments may include medication, bracing, muscle stimulation or physical therapy. Some of our treatment modalities include: spinal injection such as epidural and facet blocks, discography with manometry, stellate and sympathetic blocks, spinal cord stimulation, percutaneous discectomies, radiofrequency lesioning of cervical and lumbar facets, intra-articular hyalgan for knee, shoulder, and hip pain, and platelet rich plasma injections.
