History

I started Yoga classes while i had a full time corporate job to combat the stress and lack of physical activity. Eventually I finished certification and took up yoga as a full time client location based service.

Specialties

I am a certified yoga instructor from India and have been practicing since 2014. I give personalized classes at the client's location and specialize in yoga that helps relieve mental/physical strain, improves general health and flexibility, helps relieve health issues like backpain, headaches, stress and thyroid apart from others.
