Yesterday I was sick and couldn't eat all day. today. I asked my body what it wanted and it said a nectar juice smoothie! I created my own. Besides being absolutely delicious my body thanked me.

This place has plenty of healthy smoothies, juices & other healthy bowls. It is a cozy spot with a few places to sit and enjoy your drink or bowl if you'd like, they have an option for everyone....
