The Arc of South Florida is a prominent community agency dedicated to protecting and addressing the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Established in 1953 by a group of concerned parents, it serves over 1,000 citizens in Miami-Dade County through a range of programs and services governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
