Well, we signed contract in August. They finally installed October 1 and done on the 2nd. Within a week inspector came and windows didn't pass. Installers came and fixed the problem like 2 weeks...

Installers were good. Sales and customer service is terrible. Window were late being installed. One window installed with shattered glass in it. Told it would take 2-3 weeks to get the new glass...

What dies $40000 buy? What does lifetime guarantee mean? 400000 bought windows and doors that i have had to have someone out 4 times. #1 finish the job they started never finished caulking #2...

Horrible service if any service at all. No response by phone for date of installation. Then I researched, they are being merged or absorbed by Miter Co and its possible subsidiary PMG windows....
