Established in 1975, the Water and Sewer Administration Division works to provide planning and support for other operating divisions. It acts as a focal point in the coordination and communication of individual requirements of various divisions of city departments, regulatory agencies, governments, and the manager s office and city council. The division is responsible for managing budget, radio communications and dispatch of repair crews. In addition, the Water and Sewer Administration Division also handles records, customer service, employee relations, strategic planning, and department s policies and procedures. It is comprised of water and sewer directors, deputy director of maintenance and operations, administrative secretaries and dispatchers. The division is located in Ocala, Fla.
