I had exactly same issue as did B.R. below. I spent 45 minutes on phone today reporting fraud to Medicare. No wonder our taxes are so high with scammers like these.

Fraud alert. They charged Medicare $3500 for a brace I never received nor ordered. Medicare paid $2556 and UHC paid over $600. I called them both.
