Nice, clean Panera. Staff are quick. Panera locations are always busy to me so that's to be expected but every time I've ordered my "sip club" drinks, it has been a pleasant experience.

They changed the seasonal frosted shortbread cookie recipe. The new ones are awful. I threw 6 away. Please bring back the originals!
