Tyler was great! My battery bike sleeve had cracked and he was so helpful getting me a new one AND had it covered under warranty. Last year I visited this shop and go fancy fenders for my bike....

Apparently, they're really slow. I came in to rent some bikes and the guy behind the counter was nice, but the owner was super mean.. he told me it was off-season like I don't know what the frick...

Tyler's was very helpful at the store. My mid drive went out. Supplies are backed up for lots of things I think USA. When my motor didn't come in, Tyler reached out and made sure I have a loaner.
