I'd recommend the Planet Fitness in Winter Springs! It is generally pretty clean and the machines are in good working order.

At the entrance to both men's and women's bathrooms/ shower rooms they have welcome signs to ALL genders. I wonder how many women welcome men trans or other while they or their daughter are naked?...

The employees give you a hard time if you use your phone on the gym floor but are ok with woman setting up phones and recording equipment on the gym floor..... real annoying. They just attention...
