as usual, the food and service were excellent. We went on a Monday night, so the 2 pound lobster was only $55 . It was incredibly fresh . I had the French bouillabaisse, which was excellent

"Waterfront Dining" they say - well it's the truth I'm at Prime Island, a bar built ON the Intracoastal Waterway, accessed by a little pier from the main building Food - well it's just great....
