Pura Vida Power Yoga was founded by Gabriela Estrada in Florence, Italy. The studio grew in Italy with studios in Santa Margherita on the Italian Riviera and with a successful studio in Milan, Italy. The studio has since relocated to Gabriela's hometown of Miami Beach.

Specialties

Power Yoga involves traditional vinyasa asana postures and pranayama breath, but kicked up a notch. Typically, sequences are linked with one breath per posture, building strength and really activating the heart rate. Yoga focuses on uniting your inner dialogue to your outer expression, reducing stress and focusing your mind, while challenging your muscles; it's a lot more than just a workout! Our boutique studio is perfect for small lessons where detail to correct alignment is a priority
