Quest Diagnostics

Started off bad because there were 2 Christine's and the woman had to go find out which last name was up. The waiting room is always packed at this location. There are 15 chairs and all but 3...

Not that I enjoy blood work but Quest always makes the experience pleasant. The staff is friendly and very skilled. Definitely much better than the nurses in the hospitals.

Michelle hands-down is the best phlebotomist I have ever experienced! I did not so much as even feel a pinch when she put the needle in. Her professionalism and people skills are beyond reproach....

This location like most of quest diagnostics locations is awful. Not only did I get bumped twice in two days due to what the nurse described as technical difficulties on there end... Obviously...

Customer service is horrible. Every time the one associate open the door to call the next patient she would make it a abundantly clear that they didn't appreciate walk ins , even with 2 people...
