We have an incredible location right across the street from Lake Monroe, popular for boating and fishing. Our community is on 17-92 and two miles from I-4. Our location is near Seminole County Schools, one mile from Sanford Zoo and Sanford Marina, and only 30 minutes from several gorgeous beaches. We offer one and two-bedroom apartments with a vast array of amenities, including dual entrances from the bedroom and living room to the balcony, allowing an enormous amount of natural light into your home! Select homes feature dramatic vaulted ceilings and cozy fireplaces, and other apartments have screened-in patios and breathtaking Lake Monroe views.
