The most unfriendly bank on Earth, even for a simple thing like notarizing a paper they refuse it if the person that's been notarized for has an account with them but the person signing does not...

Where do you go if you want to change a $100.00 bill? A bank right? Wrong..... I went to Regions Bank to do the above and they would not change it for me. Why would they not change a LEGAL US...
