Just don't rent from these people. I've lived here a week and still have yet to receive my mail keys that were promised at move in. Place was filthy and various things are broken. Very unprofessional.

RENTER BEWARE! They will charge you all these fees off your security deposit even if you abide by all their move out instructions. They will only communicate with you via mail correspondence...
