HistoryOwner Lisa Gladwell has worked in the field of early care and education for over 30 years. With a Masters in ECE and ECE Special Education, Lisa has taught public school (all grades) and Head Start. Lisa has experience as a daycare Director, Instructor of daycare teachers, state coordinator of an early childhood teacher apprenticeship program, case management for social services, and as a child welfare protective investigator.
