Known for its 18-hour, 100% pork-bone, house-made ramen, Shimuja Ramen is the brainchild of Japanese-born chef Keiichi Maemura and managing partner Yoko Takarada. Choose from a variety of ramen styles, like the classic Shoyu Ramen or our special Kagoshima-style ramen. We also offer tasty appetizers like onigiri and refreshing drinks.
