Love the Village of Venice and visit there a lot. It's also a nice place to take our visitors when they come. Very disappointed though to some ugly changes by adding those orange/white barricades...

If you are seeking somewhere to browse shops and have a nice meal, then opt for st. Armand's circle. The best thing on venice street was the mural to commemorate the Sarasota hospital founders.
