Went this afternoon and placed an order that included three milkshakes. They told us it would take 20 minutes "to make all those shakes." Declined and left.

Wow, they really don't care. Glacial speed at best. No smiles, no greeting. Love drinks from Sonic, but not sure the wait and inaccuracy (only 4/6 were correct) are worth it.
